Tips on how to get a job?

in FM14 I've started a few Unemployed games now and I find it very hard to get a job. I've got a Sunday League reputation and 30 league's loaded down to the lowest levels.

Is there any way to increase your chance of at least getting an interview?

Start in South Africa, pretty easy to get a job with a Sunday League footballer reputation.

I can't even get an interview at the lowest level in England!

I used to be able to get jobs in Austria, this year it's impossible.

yeah got the Austrian league loaded but no luck so far. Now into November! Can't get a job in the lowest Belgian or Czech league's either

On the newest patch there is a pretty major bug where you can't get a job.
