Season 3 - Top January Transfers
Well we're still hanging in there, luckily no one has been consistent which makes it a very close table. We've missed M'Vila for a few months but he's back now and should hopefully sure up the midfield a bit as his only replacements are more attack minded which may explain the poor defence.

Well the season was on the final day, Chelsea lost to a 92nd minute goal meaning that my draw with Swansea was for the top four. There is no doubt what the problem with the side is, the defence. We had the 5th worst goal conceded record in the league which is ridiculous for a side in the top four, Szczesny was awful and got dropped towards the end of the season for a few games, including the cup final we suffered ten red cards, nine of those to central defenders throughout the season and the cup final was the only game we actually won after a sending off and that was two at once! So i've decided to spend big, three deals totaling £65m have already been finalised and all of them are defensive players. We will not get anywhere conceding so many goals so i've to spend big money to hopefully put a stop to this.

Very nearly quit this as getting so pissed of with my results, was conceding so many goals and just playing poorly that i was bored with it. Had been thinking about playing three at the back for some time to hopefully sort the defensive side out, well after seeing someone else playing the same way i thought i'd give it a go. I changed after the first Feyenoord match and won the next three, so things look promising so far at least.

We just can't seem to turn our good performances into wins for some reason, we dominate nearly every game but just don't bloody score!
Thought i'd have a look at how some of my youngsters are doing on loan, a couple are still with me like Zelalem for example who clearly needs to play some more as his attributes are now declining. I very much doubt i'll spend anything pre season as i spent so much last Summer so some of these players will become part of the first team.

I did start them again a little while back but they just don't seem to show/work as well as they used to so pretty much gave up. I don't what the problem was but some were working and some wasn't despite from what i could see having the correct ID numbers

So i lose my job if i fail to win at the Nou Camp (lost 3-2 at home), i'll clear my desk now then.

Rather than post up the last few months results, here are the last 8 games when things went wrong. It amazes me as there is no reason for it, how can a side doing so well just completely fall apart for no reason?
We now have no chance of winning anything and its just a matter of time before i get the sack really. I wont be quitting though as don't want to throw 4 seasons down the drain so will try to somehow rebuild my career elsewhere.
