I just upgraded my training facilities from below average to adequate,

Does that make sense? I thought that the next logical step would be average.

Is there a correct order that facilities are sorted by?

The real life bits in there are a bit pointless, but a lot of the FM stuff I do in my own game. Apart from getting every single staff member with the same philosophy. I just do that for the reserve and under 18's manager.
