Specified Fixtures - TV Type and Text Files

I am trying to set specified fixtures and I have come across two issues.

TV Type
I notice the options are Blank, None, Satellite, Pay per view, National and Do Not Televise.

Does choosing Satellite, Pay per View or National make a difference in game? I assume not because money is split between all the teams.
Does choosing Blank, None or Do Not Televise make a difference as well?
Can some one please help me with these questions.

I assume for England; Sky = Satellite, BT Sport = Satellite and BBC/ITV/Channel 5 = National. Is this right?


Text Files
I notice you can import fixtures from a text file in the format "Date" "Time" "Team" "Team" 3 1.

What type of text file is it? I tried the obvious extensions (.txt and .csv).

I assume I can make one in excel as it would be easier than the editor.


Also, is it possible to use specified fixtures (or advanced rules) for cup competitions? For example, to make the real FA Cup draw.
