Was drawn into the Group of Death in the CL.
Started the season beating Man Utd 1-0 in the Community Shield, then beating Fulham 2-1 at St James's Park and 1-0 over West Brom away. So a decent start but the attacking play we had last year is absent so far.
I also signed Lorenzo Di Silvestri on a free transfer as a cover right back.

Our goal was a thing of beauty too, patient possession in midfield from Anita and Grenier before Siem De Jong found Cisse on the edge of the area to tuck it home.
