AC Milan got the season off to a strong start it appeared as they claimed the Supercoppa on penalties over Parma but since then their league and Champions League form has been rocky and it appears a lack of goals could be the main issue. With just four league wins picked up this season and two Champions League wins they sure are struggling in both competitions.
Luckily, despite the poor form form the previous manager, our Champions League group is still alive but I face my fierce rivals FC Bayern in this group, they sit top of the group having won all four. We occupy second place, on seven points whilst Spanish side Sevilla occupy third just three points behind with two games to play its wide open.
So what is exactly going wrong here in Milan? The red and black stripped side have claimed the league title the last five seasons running but with just four wins from their opening twelve games this season they sure are struggling down in thirteenth place. Fiorentina have just sacked their manager as they sit down in fifteenth. Luckily we are only ten points off the top spot and leading side Parma so its not all hope lost just yet. If we can beat Roma by three clear goals in my first game in charge we can easily jump them in the table. The season isn't over....its only just beginning!

Very happy with how the team have responded to my arrival as we've faced five league games and picked up four wins and losing just once, unfortunately the defeat was a one nil to fierce rivals Inter Milan. However we have picked up good wins, beating Roma in my first game three nil, followed by smashing Genoa four one and Juventus one nil. We ended 2020 in the league with a four one win over Chievo.
I had just two Champions League games left to play of the group stage and they were a hard two. We faced FC Bayern in Italy where we unfortunately fell to a three nil defeat which saw the German side seal the top spot in the group. We then faced Sevilla in the battle for second, we won it in injury time when Rafinha nodded home a cross!
As I said, FC Bayern had sealed the top spot, they picked up fifteen points from a possible eighteen however we have qualified as we stole second place, finishing on ten points and five clear of third place Sevilla who head for the Europa League.
We will face my other rivals over the years in the First Knockout Round of the Champions League stage, French giants PSG! It certainly won't be as easy as it has been with my United side but I'm hoping we can outdo them here!
We've began the TIM Cup with me in charge as the First Round was to be played late December. It was a game against Bari which we won comfortably, claiming a six one win. O'Connor netted after two minutes with Ferreyra making it two nil in four minute. Papadopoulos made it three with a second for both Ferreya and OConnor before the break. We conceded one before Romagnoli finished the score line off.
We are up to eighth and on the rise, now on the verge of a European spot next season which the board are expecting! We are only six points off the top and have a game in hand over everyone above us except for Inter Milan, this could see us rise to seventh place and shut the gap to just three points! Hopefully we can continue moving in the right direction now!
