His hair is nightmare for cuters,and also watermark on right side doesn't help.
I've found two other sources,so maybe they could be better,but not sure.

First,limit is maximum 3 requests.
You can edit\remove Zezinho since that source could never be improvement on current MP image,also Andrew Black because that source is too small for decent cut.I'm not even sure that Felix Roth could be improvement,but you can leave him.Other two should be removed.
