custom kits/logos not working in FM2013

I've created the usual "graphics" folder in the Football Manager 2013 folder and ticked the "reload skin" option but nothing is showing up in the game. Any ideas?

click 'Preferences'....click 'Display and Sound'....click unticked 'Use Skin Cache' and click tick 'Always reload Skin on Confirm'...then click 'Confirm'

Are you placing them in C:\Users\Yourname\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013/Graphics and what graphics are not working?

What are the sub folder names we need after graphics? eg isnt one of them called faces?

You can name them whatever you wish, it just makes it easier to separate each type

There is no "display and sound" menu under preferences in FM2013. Only "interface" .They are in the correct folder, i'm using a Mac. So the FM2013 folder is next to the FM2012 folder.

None of the face packs, logos, kits are working, all worked fine in FM2012.

Delete/uninstall everything 2012 in case it is conflicting.

If I choose English language in the game I get up all the graphics. I however wishes to play with Norwegian language, but then lost all the graphics. any idea?

Im having a problem where all faces/logos/kits show up in FM Classic games but when I play the full FM13 game the faces, logos and kits are not loaded. Ive tried reloading skin cache but nothing. Everytime I load or start a new FMC game its fine, but as soon as I reload or start a new full game they disappear again.

Does anyone know?

I have done that.

Like I said the same settings load everything in FMC but load nothing on the full FM game.

They're in a folder I created called graphics.

They show up in FM Classic but not the full game so how does that happen?

Some kits are not showing up in the game i.e Wales home kit, will there be a Kit colour changes file made to correct this or is there another solution to this?
