When searching for images try to play with image names in the link.In this example when you remove 1 from "razak-nuhu1" you get bigger version.Here you go,the other two are too small and I don't have nerves to do them,sorry.

OK sorry im new at this i will try and get bigger pictures!

Well given that the three cut-outs were cut in November 2011, April 2012 & July 2012 I'd say you're missing a lot of updates.

Mate just give a look at this thread...especially the tutorial section. There are many tips on how to improve your technique.

And remember to always resize the image to 180x180.

I've recut the image from the same source picture.
