Halloween parties are not common in here

The whole All Saints Day stuff in here is just about candles on cemeteries. Too religious and too "Eastern" country for Halloween to be as recognized as it is in the "West".

I don't see why that is a negative. Stick with your own traditions instead of importing foreign ones. You don't need Halloween to have a costume party.

We're going to one, was gonna go as Saville too but starting to think it might not be a good idea. Won't really know many of the people going and it only takes one person to take offence and you've got a fight on your hands.
