What browser are you using?

Also, how did you close it? (e.g. pressing the x, 'close', esc etc)

and do you have any settings concerning the setting of cookies?

I'll look into it, I just need some more info

Safari, Close and as far as I know no. Im not getting it all the time now. May just have been a bug

Android/Chrome

Pops up, try to click "Close" , Facebook thing loads so "Close" moves up so end up clicking outside the box, which closes it but means it pops up again next time you load a page. Repeat

Had no problem at all on my phone and I'm on Android using chrome.

I removed it all together for now. No idea why it wouldn't work. The very first time it's loaded it sets a cookie and checks for that cookie everytime after that. It shouldn't even need you to close it, just reloading the page (without clearing your cookies) should be enough. But apparently not.
