In the editor. I seem to remember there being a separate file to edit in previous versions of FM but now I cant find anything

There used to be an option in the editor "staff roles" drop down menu but as far as Im aware the option is no longer there. Don't know why Si have done away with it, they could do with bringing it back. If Im wrong then someone please feel free to correct me because Id like to know if it is possible.
