Problem with FM.

I face a problem with my FM 2014. I started unemployed and by the time I moved to a Skrill league team. I made my signings and organised my friendlies. But when I go to see a friendly the players play the game and in the end when I exit the pitch a message appears that tells me I can't play and then my FM is off. What should I do? Did i explained it well or do you want screenshots to see?

I don't think I've heard of something like that before. What do you mean "off"?
