I was desperate to bring in a few players during the transfer window. All of them were free loans with the parent club footing the wage bill. I'm going to be fucked next season. We have no money and will be left with just one player. That means I need to bring in at least 17 players in the summer.

Just before the season ends and I've been offered a new deal, managed to get them to increase the wage budget. Not sure how much yet but anything will do at this point.

I'm going to lose the full squad and can only offer £170 p/w contracts.

They offered me £5.75k p/w, an increase of £500. That will surely help this summer. I even took a wage cut to save money next season.

I'm going all out in the cup next season.

We had an excellent end to the season that seen us finish 3rd place after a predicted 10th. I wasn't fussed about missing on promotion because were not ready for it yet. I want at least another two seasons to build before I push it.

Oh and the board are clueless pricks. The expanded the stadium to 3000, even though we had 188 average attendance for the season. The clubs in the red and expected to stay there. Oh and the slashed my wage budget to £4.8k p/w.

Big changes during the summer, not going to go into too much detail over the transfers. Basically all loans or free transfers. I'm going to keep loaning Jerko Leko for as long as I can or until he drops his demands as I can play trialists.

Not sure if there will be any more transfers coming up this window. Also good news, season tickets are up from 135 to 165.

- John Russell an Irish midfielder who looks best placed on the right wing.
- Kreso Ljubicic a versatile midfielder.
- Mario Carevic an experienced left winger.
- I've also got Vicente and Emile Mpenza on trail, hopefully I can tie them down.

Great first half of the season. We sit top thanks to head to head. If it wasn't for September it would have been the perfect season so far. Hopefully we can keep it up until the end of the season and go up.
