Can anyone give me FM14 training tips?

I have never, ever bothered with training on FM. At all. Ever.

But with this TNS game I'm doing (shameless plug for my career, see sig) I think it might be a good idea to try and sign young players and make them as good as possible. Thing is for my level, I have no idea how to do it with training and stuff.

So yeah, how would I do it?

I normally just train them into how I'd want them to play for the team.

So if I sign a striker who I'd say want to be my enganche - I'd train him to be an attacking midfielder and concentrate on the role of enganche.

Selecting the correct tutors and teaching them preferable PPM's is also important.
