Trouble downloading from Steam.

Hi All,

Right, Basically I had the BETA on my laptop and now Im trying to download the game from steam but i cant as it says I already own the game. Ive Uninstalled the BETA but it still says i own the game.... Waht do i do?? Help Please!!!

Have you tried looking on the SI site or checked their Twitter feed? I think a few people have had this issue.

I had the beta version and all I did was activate product with you're code and then it says update. Only took 2 mins and that was it.

Ok, first of all, is the full copy of your game a download, or have you ordered the boxed game from a retailer?

If it's the latter, you'll have to input the code from the back of the instruction manual into Steam. I also found out earlier I needed the disc complete the whole installation contrary to advice I'd had before. Without the disc in the tray, it'll stick at about 81% install.
