Looks good but the squad lacks backup and quality in some areas. Luckily i've got 17k in wage budget to play with !!!
The Board is great, got about 6 million in the bank and has good facilities, not a club that should be in 3rd division. Managed to get an awesome parent club, the best in Europe, literally...
The structure is their, the team is more or less there, big expectations and pressure for us to be promoted his season. Media predicts us to finish 8th, I hope not.

Disappointing as Leipzig dominated against both Stuttgart and Duisburg but our strikers failed to convert dozens of chances!
Pressure is already mounting, that was quick...
Will have to work hard to work things out. Or else Ballack could be managing a different club in the near future.

the pressure grows on Ballack and this is why..
The tactics aren't working and moral is low.
The board seem to have finally lost their nerve.
After concluding the meeting Ballack has just one game to show the board what he's made of.
After two disallowed goals for Leipzig and 65% possession, Ballack stands at the end of the road.
A bore 0-0 draw. The board pull the trigger.
As Ballack leaves the Redbull Arena disgraced and head in hands, he vows in a drunken german voice to prove his critics wrong.

But when Ballack checks his email later that night, his drive and passion reignite.
A prestigious club fighting against relegation approach him for an interview, Accepting graciously, Ballack hops on a plane to Wiesbaden.
After a successful interview, the board are clearly impressed by ballacks vision, and offer him the job!
The squad Ballack inherits is uneven, strong in parts and weak in others. Mediocre.
With only 5 games to go ballack wins 3 and loses 2, taking 17th placed wehen out of the relegation places and into 13th. The real challenge lies in the summer and the season ahead.

The Media Predicts Wehen will finish in 12th.
Ballack warns himself not to be over ambitious and promises the board a mid table finish.
A very good side, most of the starting eleven are second division material. Kacinoglu the right back has first division potential among many other young lads brought in, Kreyer was just brought in from second division Bochum, Ulm from second division Padeborn. All free transfer, Ballack has also picked the pockets of other 3rd division sides.Wehen are ready for the season ahead.
The opening game against halle (predicted 7th) was very encouraging, considering we were 5-0 up withing 60 minutes. The other performances were good, the team just lacked cutting edge. This can partly be down to the squad still gelling with the many new faces. Ignore the friendlies as I was still bringing in players and they were manage by assistant manager. The last match against a good Duisburg side was also encouraging.
The team followed their win against Duisburg with another 2 wins,
Then we beat Leipzig 3-0 away, BOOM, Ballack sends a polite fuck you message to the Leipzig board.
A good win against Regensburg was followed by various mediocre displays.
What came next no-one saw coming.
An awesome wehen winstreak. I included the friendly against Chemnitz because they were in the league above.

The team seems to have gelled, and the tactics are just crushing teams. The 7-3 win against Unterhatching was massive! the loss to Heidenhelm however was disappointing.
The question now is Can Wehen Win the League?

Rejected it ofcourse, but it's always flattering.
Here's the first part of the season.
Incredibly frustrating though, I calculated that we averaged 6 clear cut chances a game in all the drawn matches but barely scored at all !
A massive surprise was the enormous amount of tv money for taking part in the german cup, only got to the second round but look at this !
Decent start, will put the lack of converting goalscoring opportunities down to poor team cohesion. hopefully will improve.

was tempted by this one, theyre a good team.
Not as tempting but a good offer none the less. Ballack is trying not to be swayed by the interest.
Then came the news that plunged Wiesbaden into depression!!!
In an interview Ballack seemed to say that he didn't feel the club could continue to grow and weren't giving him the tools to push for promotion.
Ballack seems to be much loved.
Did Ballack make the right decision...
