annoying as hell bug.

anyone else have this or have a solution to it.

make a tactical change during a match and 50% of the time the on the fly and tactics button stays greyed out for the entire match without taking effect!!! makes being a manager pointless kinda.

anyone know a way of resolving/a workaround for this, or is just a case of waiting for the patch?

Yes, it's very annoying, but inkeeping with the botched surgery theme of the match engine.
