The win moved us up to 21st in the ranking after coming from 2-1 down to beat a decent South Korea side who sat 14th in the world rankings.

Been away from this for a while. Time to get cracking on I suppose...

Euro warm up matches underway. Started with a 1-1 draw with Switzerland, followed by wins over Ghana and Sweden. Excellent preparation for the tournament. Hopefully we carry it through into it.

Up next we face Bosnia & Herzegovina, England and Hungary in a bid to reach the knockout stages...

Again been away from this and FM in general for a bit, rattled though the Euro group games. I went for a 4-2-2-2 formation, with the aim of being defensively solid (BWM and DLP on defend duty) and have various means of attack up front (AP and IF on the wings).

Competition started of great with a win over Bosnia thanks to a late Tony Watt goal. A late goal from Steven Fletcher then sealed a point against the Auld Enemy. This meant that the Hungary fixture was the decider and all but Bosnia could qualify. David Marshall played a blinder and kept us in the game despite conceding two.

The draw for the next round could have been easier, but it also could have been a hell of a lot tougher.

We'll it took 120 minutes + plus pens, but we did it. Scotland are in the European Cup Final and will face reigning World/European Champions Spain. The impossible lies ahead, probably play through it tomorrow. Played this earlier and too pissed off to play cos the Celtic game.

Spain were just too strong and dominated the match. I can't say I'm too upset at loosing as I didn't expect to go this far, was pretty gutted the way we lost it but. I would have rather lost it in extra time.

Going to wrap this up here.

Taking Scotland from 51st in the world to 9th and Euro Championship Final is much more than I expected to do. I may come back to it eventually but I doubt it very much.
