How to watch the match in 3D?

A fresh beginner, just tried to have a match, but the pitch is shown in 2D, how to show in 3D? There is only 2D in the right hand lower corner `setting` now, & no 3D option available...

Go into the preference menu. Then the "Match" tab. Make sure "view matches in 3D" is ticked.
