Just to let all users know that our Rapidshare account has been locked for an unknown reason. This means that many people will find that they are unable to get free mirrors for our files. We are currently trying to fix the problem however being late at night and a weekend it is hard to get anywhere with their support team so this may take until tomorrow or even Monday.
In the meantime I will be investigating what other options are available to get the files to you as quickly as possibly. But once again, being late at night here in the UK, I don't want to put a timeframe on it but I promise that i'm working as hard and quickly as possible to get it fixed and can only apologise for a problem that is beyond our control.

Yeah, to confirm, the tactic should be placed in your documents folder, C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\tactics
In game you can select the tactic by choosing a new tactic then from the drop down menu select archived tactics. the tactic will be in here.

This year it is a lot more involved in user input rather than just plug in a tactic and clicking continue then winning every game. A lot more user interaction is required like team talks (which are very very important this year), fluidity of the tactic you are using, morale of your team, training, the right players in the right positions etc, etc....
This gives a more realistic feel as they are decisions a real football manager are required to think about on a day to day basis, and I think thats really how you have to approach this game but on a game by game basis. Use your scouts, mess about with your tactic until the players are comfortable, know your opposition and how to cope with them.
If you aint comfortable with all this 'effort' then I suggest playing FM Classic which gives you less responsibility.
