ducc,nothing wrong with your background removing,but please don't crop just under Adam's Apple,crop it all the way to the chin while keeping shirt (collar) minimum 2-3 pixels visible

OK sure, I can do that.

Though, unless I have overlooked it, there is at best only an implicit mention of such recommendation in the instructions.

↑↑ I updated images of Luca Piazzi, Mattia Zambaldi and Christian Thuile to show a little bit less of their necks. Manfioletti does not have a neck anyway...
