Hey guys,
What do you think about me creating a 1990's editor file complete with players, stadiums, cups and managers and everything else in-between? After I create it, I'll start a story and try and lead a team to the top of that countries first division.

Also would it be a good idea to include logos and faces?

I think you need to bring more people on board to make it worthwhile, many people have tried to make files such as this but invariably they give up when the realise just how much work is involved with it, deleting all current players, creating thousends more for all the top leagues, new stadia, adjusting all the competition histories etc. Good luck to you if you want to go it alone but you would be best served getting a group working on such a project.
