works like a charm. the only things i've changed is hassle opponents because i think i get many yellow cards and lower tempo

Pre season Training is always the same in any case of Formation --- Training intensity to very high and focus on fitness
Don't forget to practice team cohesion, especially when you have new players.
When season starts - Balanced General Training
and Attacking movement on match training
40% / 60% ration. Always rest after match.

Try to hire a good assistant manager and leave them up to him
or else - wingers show opposite foot
and tight mark key players

Ive incorporated the "Team Instructions" and "Player Instructions" to my own formations with 3 different teams, each team has a different formation too and it has worked a treat.

I was winning games before but now i am winning very comfortably.

Any idea why my subs don't do well with this tactic?I mean I am playing as AEK Athens(Greece) 6th season I do have a very strong team and my subs could also be used as first team regulars but they usually draw or bring me a very difficult 1-0 win with this tactic with some exeptions maybe.

please try to tweak the formation to fit your best players...but retain both the player and team instructions....I also had problems at first. But after tweaking my formation...the winning streak started.... good luck pal

This probably happened coz players were content mentally - Try to motivate them more and I think you will be having 3-4-5 goals with all the chances
