is there a way to download facepacks quicker for fm 2013 also is there just 1 download available for logos and not parts

I dont think so,
its way too big for a single file download.
i also felt its crumbersome, but it really makes the game so much nicer.

have the patience. its worth it

Yes, using torrents, Cut-Out Faces Megapack 5.0 (this is the last pack released), search torrent files by this name.
