Susie FC - The start of something great!

We are missing so many players through injures it's a joke. Having to play quite alot of players in unfamiliar positions and that showed as Gateshead hammered us 4-1, our away form this season has been very poor. As we are 11th in the away record table but top of the home record table. We were playing quite well in the first half but then they scored after a huge goal mouth scramble and Larkin tapped in from a yard out. I changed to the 5-3-2 formation at half time but we were even worse. Willz should have put us level missing a big chance when through one on one, Marwood made it 2-0 with a very powerful strike first time from long range. It was 3-0 when Blackman ran past Allforone and crossed for Barrington who head in unmarked. It got worse when Barrington easily turned in a corner. Willz got one back for us when Allforone found him and he finished past the keeper.







Next was Alfreton at home we should have won this game. But for 2 penalties we were much the better team, Adebola put them 1-0 up when he sent Van6969 the wrong way after Nice Lad fouled off a corner. Mausinhou got it back to 1-1 after a bit of scramble it came to him and volleyed in from 8 yards. They went ahead again through yet another penalty this time from Cain after Nice Lad fouled Akinde. Nice Lad giving away 2 pens giving him a rating of 4.4. It looked like we were going to lose yet again but Allforone saved us with brilliant goal as Poe found him on the corner of the box he shot right into the far top corner to get us a point!







We can still go top if we win our games in hand! I am hoping we can come back into form when our injured players come back! Gateshead who just hammered us are top currently!

Not bad considering we're still meant to be in education.

How close am I to fitness?

the doc says I'm about 2 weeks away. I'm itching to get back out there.

More horrible league form as we were hammered away at now top of the league Wrexham. Gladwin put them ahead with a back header off a corner. Ironside made it 2-0 slotting in at the near post from yet another corner. And Fowler made it 3-0 with a good finish across the keeper from a tight angle. We deserved to lose but if we had of been able to defend set pieces we could have got something especially as we dominated possession.









Thankfully our cup form is still ok as we beat Skrill North Lincoln 3-1, Based Jorge put us ahead early on with a great strike after Skacel found him inside the box. Jack made it 2-0 when Willz headed it into him and he scored from very close range! Again we couldn't keep a clean sheet as Ben Strevens scored a great volley which Ian could have saved. Willz sealed the win for us on the hour mark when Based Jorge played a good first time ball through to him!







Quite a tough draw against League 2 Wycombe they are currently in 7th place and they finished 14th last season!



These injures are really pissing me off.

Yet another poor home draw starts this update. Poe gave us the lead with a great strike from long range, first time after BOT Brad won the header to knock it down to him, Alilane got his first goal for the club as he made it 2-0 heading in an Eric Portapotty corner at the far post. But we let yet another lead slip as they made it 2-1 when we cleared our lines twice but they kept coming at us and we left Smith unmarked to finished easily from close range despite Van6969 getting a hand on it. Smith scored again before the hour mark as his shot deflected off Allforone both teams pushed for the win as they hit a post but Willz had the best chance missing a one on one as his tame effort was easily saved with just the keeper to beat. This was our 5th game without a win.











Finally a win! Away from home against a team in the play offs too! We missed a few chances to go 1-0 up through Dan and Willz and they had a goalmouth scramble cleared away but against the run of play we went 1-0 down as Joe Doherty scored when he was put through after Benson flicked on for him, we created more chances and Dan finally had us level as Tommo played a brilliant ball over the top. We have really missed Tommo as he has our highest average rating by a long way this season, and Dan finished well into the far corner! Dan gave us the lead on 75 minutes! Which was celebrated quite loudly by me as we needed this win, he produced a great finish smashed into the bottom corner after a great ball by Eric!

An up and down update for me:

Great to get my first ever professional goal but also gutted to again be left out of the Gibraltar squad. On the plus I am only 17 and the other defenders are 29 & 33.

Yeah it is! With you getting both of our goals too!

ha ha it does! To be fair you have been one of our better performers!

ha ha the only reason you were on the bench in those 2 games was to make up the numbers as you were on about 70% fitness but no one else was available as we had so many injures. You will start the next game!

It was a great header moving from the front to the back post to head it in! Yeah that's really disappointing and I have no idea as to why you always miss 2 games and you always leave early and come back late and it says you are with the Gibraltar under 21 squad yet I can't actually see you in it although it says you have under 21 caps. I hope this isn't a bug guess we will find out when you reach 22

Back to back wins! As we beat Macclesfield in a close game they went ahead when Green's corner was missed by BOT Brad at the near post and Ian could only help it over the line. But Shedender soon had us level as he finished well first time after a Dan pass! And we were ahead before the break when Joseph scored with a stunning free kick into the top corner! Dan made the game safe late on when he turned in a brilliant BOT Brad cross from close range!







Before the next game we had some awful news Willz getting an injury is bad enough for 4 months is awful



Next up was a great win as you beat Belarus in a friendly with Gibraltar! Itchycoo scored a brilliant goal a curling effort into the top corner from long range!









Then I made a horrible mistake the game came up and I wondered why I couldn't postpone it as I didn't remember the message then I scrolled back down and there it was I must have accidentally clicked don't postpone when I was in a rush or was tired so all I can do is apologize as we had to play a full team of grayed out players and quite duly we were smashed. The first goal was a mess as our centre back left the ball and ran away and they slotted it in not alot else to say.







Another stunning win for you with Gibraltar! 2 brilliant friendly wins! Dan putting you one up squeezing the ball in at the second attempt after an IVIarrow cross! Jack made it 2-0 right on half time with a great header from an IVIarrow corner! They pulled it back to 2-2 but Dan scored late on as Joseph pulled it back to him to score from about 8 yards out!

How many goals/apps do I now have for Gibraltar? nice to see me scoring for club and country

Ok Guys I am going on holiday now for 10 days. There is WI FI but I will not be able to use it very often. I will stay play the save when I can and I will also update whenever possible. It won't be in 2 game sections. It will just be all the games I have played since I last posted!
