This tactic could be described as the footballing equivalent of Blitzkrieg. Most games are over after 20 mins. Admittedly the side that has been assembled is pretty good and you will need pace in defence to cope with the high line, but if you like entertaining attacking football look no further.

You may want to alternate to a totally different counter based tactic for playing the biggest sides away. This tactic has led to some heavy beatings of big sides like Mourinho's chelsea, but you sometimes are on the end of one yourself away from home.

Hello, what match preparation do you use?

Match preparation - attacking movement usually, and sometimes change to whatever my scout recommends depending on how hard the opposition is.

great tactic, used it for my first club i managed which was newcastle and in three seasons i won fa cup, league cup x2 and finished in top 4 each season coming 2nd twice and also getting to champions league semi final also, now i resigned from newcastle and only club not to have manager was sunderland in league 1 so i took over them 3/4 through the season when they were bottom, managed to keep them up by 5 points now onto second season and flying in the number one spot with a trip to wembley in st johnstone paint trophy and semi final in fa cup, win % of 74% so i would recommend this tactic.

Crap tactic, 5 matches, 5 defeats, 3 of them heavy, despite having 3-5 star rated players.
