Same for me. I found the files that need to be changed to fix the issue, but there are a LOT of places where it needs to be fixed. It seems like something the author should be doing instead of me, so I gave up and started trying other skins.

if not you should see it in preferences and then untick cache and reload skin.
Also you may have 2 sports interactive folders in documents. (Choose the right one)

I have unticked cache and reload skin
I only have one Sports Interactive folder in document. In Sports Int. I´ve tried to unzip the file in the Editor 2014 folder where the skins folder is. Have also, of course, placed the file and unzip it in the C:\Users\My name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\skins
Still nothing in the preference. Just wanna screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeam!

When I go in to club history and look at throphies, is it just me or do the Premier League thropy look like the Champions League thropy and vise versa?
Is it any quick way to fix this with some paramaters editing in XML?
If not, no problem anyway. A great skin, simply the best out there. I just had to ask anyway.

I have a couple of issues - first in my news feed nothing appears in my "subscription options" - so I have no control to unsubscribe to certain news stories.
Is this an issue you're aware of?
Also when I'm giving team talks I see the small 2d flat pitch in the background on top of the background image. Do you know if there is a way to remove that or is that in my preferences to turn off? It's just that I can't see an option to get rid of that anywhere.
Any help would be much appreciated and many thanks again for creating an awesome skin.

I'm sure it's me being stupid, but when I loaded up your excellent skin, all finances switched to dollars, despite in preferences the selection is UK pound Sterling....any idea what this may be?
EDIT - ignore, a computer restart fixed the issue

i'm sure we can both agree that some of the changes by SI are pretty ridiculous, namely the "more actions" drop down box on the Player Screen. for the most part i've been impressed with this year's FM, but for every step SI takes forward in making the game better, they find some way to take another two steps backward. i am on a laptop with a large 17" screen and find myself constantly scrolling from one end of the window to another because i have to go and click the "more actions" drop down box when doing something with a player. but like i said these are there by default and can't (to my knowledge) be changed.
one thing i'd like to see is the star rating of a player to be visible on the player screen. clicking the star rating takes you to the reports screen, but it's not visible on steklo x4, while it is visible on the default screen. it should be placed somewhere next to these buttons, seen below:
edit: and i just want to say thanks for sticking with steklo for so long. so many FM skins are, to be frank, gaudy as fuck. steklo is one of the few skins i've seen that is tasteful and aesthetic. i miss the steklo for FM11 with left/right and calendar bar options...
edit2: also, i don't think i see the option to speak about a player in the press (i see "declare interest" but that is it).

I have a player who is on a loan to another club. My first goalkeeper got injured and i need to call my third keeper home. But i cant find a button so i cant to it.
is there someone with same problem? he has recall loan in is contract but i cant find were to do this. Please help me

but i'm playing the matches on 2D match. therefore i wanna see the regular stadium backgrounds which i see in the game generally in the matchscreen.
what can i do to see the regular backgrounds in the match also?

Please could somebody advise which config file I would need to amend to enlarge the kits (ref attachment)? Also, is it possible to alter the opacity on a matchday (even less than 20%). I would like the stadium backgrounds (ref attachment) to be more prominent if possible?
