1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013 or 2014/graphics/kits/3Dkits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
2a. FM14 - click 'Load Game'....click 'FM'...click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click 'Clear Cache'...click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' (if you first time)....click 'Reload Skin'

and I know for a fact mysterio made the Fulham kits!
The only maker you have on there that's correct is Othniel who made Bolton, Blackpool 3rd, & Cardiff.

Also tell us the file location, have you got the config inside the folder.
Last thing i hope this not the case but have you extracted the file?

don't know if any SCOTTISH LEAGUE kits are on the way as I know how busy you guys are and as they are in FM2015 already, so question is as I have FM 2015 but prefer FM 2014, is there anyway to copy Scottish kits from 15 and update them into FM14 as I prefer playing 14.
