hi guys just a quick question about the new training in fm 13

in previous versions at the start of every month you clicked on a player and then went to training and clicked on the attribute that you wanted the player to get better at. Can someone please tell me if you still need to do this in fm 13 or do you just leave it and they get better on there own im a bit confused about training this year so if u could help me with this issue.

I just let my assistant do my training, purely because it saves a lot of time.

aw so you dont need to do it every month yourself as in previous versions cause if thats the case thats a weight off my mind lol i would rather let my assistant do it then. Thanks mate
