This skin is designed for 1920x1080 resolution. It should work with other resolutions but I don't test every single panel with every possible resolution. The skin has a small sidebar version and a DF11 facepack compatible version. If you're using a smaller resolution I'd recommend using the small sidebar version.
IMPORTANT! READ BEFORE POSTING!
If you have an issue please read the comments to see if it has already been fixed. Also make sure you have updated to the newest version.
If something doesn't display correctly please post:
- Your screen resolution
- If you're running full screen or windowed
- A screenshot of the issue
I will NOT fix issues related to using different zoom levels. If you use any zoom level other than 100% you will have problems.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A PM if it is about an issue you are having with the skin as it is much better if all issues are posted publicly so that other people with the same issue can see my reply.
Installation Instructions
Step 1
Download the skin. Make sure you delete any old Scorpio folders.
Step 2
Extract the files (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).
Move the folders inside into your skins folder:
Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2015/skins
Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
DO NOT COPY THE CONTENTS OF THE SMALL SIDEBAR AND DF11 FOLDERS INTO THE SCORPIO FOLDER
Step 3
Start the game and go to Preferences screen and Interface tab.
You should see "Scorpio”, "Scorpio (DF11)" and "Scorpio (Small Sidebar)” as options in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Choose the version you want.
Hit the Confirm button.

- Think the player overview panel would look best with the club logo to the left and kit down below the country flag/logo. Not horrible the way it is (acutally quite good!), but that's my preference.
- Going to test out some backgrounds on the current skin, although in general I think a darker tint would be a cleaner look.
- Not much else to add at the moment. It's very nice, especially considering how little time the game's been out.

Thanks mate, I've hardly played the game myself with all the skinning I've been doing, so it would be a big help if people can test things and report back. I'm working on something pretty big right now that has the potential to cause a few bugs so I might leave v1.3 up as a stable version and upload my new one as a beta version for people who want to test it.

Sounds good. Haven't had much time on it, but v1.3 seems very stable as a base skin, tbh. Similar to the default but miles better. I'll let you know if anything comes up.

Is there any way to get all 9(?) panels on the player pages on 1280x800 resolution? It's the thing I was most looking forward too on this skin but mine defaults to approx. 5 panels.

For the player overview panel, I'd prefer something like artdekdok has done alongside with his small report cards icons. I think it uses all the space available very well, too shame that it's not downloadable atm. Not saying you should do exactly that kind of view, but something like that would be nice

And where is the different between "GPU Assisted" and "Software"?

Click on Preferences then Interface. It's next to Rendering Mode in the General box.

I'm not totally sure, but I think Software uses your CPU and GPU Assissted uses your graphics card. GPU Assisted will get better performance but sometimes different graphics drivers will cause bugs. I remember last year there was an issue with the beta AMD drivers that caused massive screen tearing.
