well, it was there, but kinda funky-ish. Looks like you tried adjusting the height of the pic and squashed your face:
here's what I was able to do with it to recover it:
I put some color into the face, removed the red because re-stretching the canvas gave too much red into other areas. Dropped the blue a tick as well so you didn't have a ton of blue-grey streaks in your hair where the light gives off a reflection. Hope you don't mind that I fucked with the pic a bit, but I did my best to make it look right.

Tough to do the the lighting behind your head -- removed any defined hairline on the top and it is definitely washed out. Let me know if you want me to darken in the hair a bit.

Perhaps it really is Josh Ginnelly from Shrewsbury Town FC posting that pic here and perhaps he thinks his gaffer isn't playing him in his preferred position often enough and he's going to use FM to prove it.

I did two for you, the top one is the pic cut out, without any mods to the color or lighting.
The second is a bit tweeked on the shading, which I thought gave a more realistic color depth to your natural skin tone - Plus it comes with the added benefit of the Arsenal Blue on the collar standing out a bit more.

Did two for you --- the pic was very tough to work with, I am assuming that you are wearing a turtleneck in it, so I invented the left shoulder to fit the style and angle of the pic. The first pic is just your pic cut out, without any editing to color whatsoever:
The second pic is obviously corrected for the insane amount of blue in the pic (so much that it washed out your face in blue). I am guessing that you have some Asian genetics and went with a flesh tone that I thought was more life-like than your blue face:
Let me know which you prefer and if you need me touch up the color a bit as the blue in the pic made it impossible to get a skin tone off of it that I could comfortably nail down with any certainty.

Done - I invented the top of your hair as the back from the picture behind your head blended perfectly with your hair color - Hope I guessed right - let me know if you need anything else
