Any good tatctic for wycombe?

I've started as Wycombe and I'm doing pretty badly, I have the right players in the right place but it doesn't seem to be working out for me.

also there seems to be no time in the game to make any worthwhile changes??

I'm at work so will try to expand on this later, but in my first WWFC season I've just been promoted through the playoffs predominately using a 4-3-2-1 system:

GK
DR - FB A
DL - FB S
CB - D
CB - D
CMR - B2B S
CM - BWM D
CML - APM A
AMR - W A
AML - W A
S - DLF S

Exploited the flanks as I had good wingers in on free transfers/loans, retain possession which enabled my advanced playmaker to pull the strings (Kretzschmar), while the B2B (Murphy) often helped in transitions from defence to attack and vice versa.
