Got a pic where a third of your head isn't cut off by the edge of the pic? Otherwise, it'll just look like a really bad cut job. Also, the top-down angle of the pic will also be a bit of a challenge to make it look right.
If not, I'll see what I can do.

did two, the first is just a simple cutout:
In the second pic, I dropped the blue in your face (figured that wasn't your natural tone) and made the shirt a bit more balanced by reducing the green that was due to the contrast on the wall behind you:

Did two for you as well, the First is just your pic cut out, nothing touched:
In the second, I upped the contrast a touch, darkened the whole pic slightly, and dropped the overall vibrancy of the pic a touch to get rid of the bold reds and greens (matches the cutout style much more):

The pic that you uploaded is wayyyyy to small to have it look good when I stretch it out to the size the game needs it to be. Ideally, the pic needs to be AT LEAST 180x180 around the face to be a workable photograph to cut out and have it look great. We can stretch out slightly smaller pics with some success, but this pic is just too small to be workable and be visually okay or worth the effort it would take to get this right.
If you have another (larger) pic, I'd be happy to help. If you don't, I'll see what I can do with this pic, but I don't want to invest an hour into something that will not be great and you'd probably not use it --- so I figured it'd best to inquire if you have a larger one instead.
