am i the only 1 who si allways fired for lack of harmony?
i am playing arsenal, top 3 position, flowing good...
squad get pissed and board allways fires me coz 'Lack of harmony at club

i really think this is messed and should be patched. 3 teams already it happend, harmony reachs 0.
it istn realistic, in all other fms u could handle by letting they play, talking... etc...
now its insane hard to handle!

please tell ya opinions about it and experiences

What is causing this lack of harmony? You must be doing something to make the players unhappy etc.

this problem was in beta.
its seems after game went to full version release and was a lot patched, things became normal.
