Editor Not Working?

I have begun editing my local team to have the correct squad. Some are already on the game, and others have been made.

The ones made literally add the "name", "date of birth", "current ability", "current potential" and "positions".

However, when saved and used, some players are missing. They aren't searcahble at all, not just my club.

Could this be because not enough information was entered, or just an error with the editor?
