Few FM15 Issues

So I have a few issues :

1) I'm unable to download extra content from the Steam workshop

I subscribe to an item via the Steam workshop
Load up FM 15
Click "Downloads"
Click "Steam Workshop"
Click "Download add-ons directly from Steam"
Find file I have previously subscirbed to in the workshop (Martin Odegaard Player Profile in this instance)
States "Subscribe to download Martin Ødegaard Player Profile" and the green subscirbed box is ticked

There's no download button

2) Saving and exporting a shortlist

Previous versions you just saved them and they appeared in the shortlist folder, this version, it doesn't seem to be the case.
