I'm after a scenario where I can really sink my teeth into it and stick with the team long term. Need something enjoyable where I can build a legacy. Not necessarily top flight and would prefer them not to have won the champions league. Not easy, but not hard.
A small team to a big team journey would be my aim, but I want a team with a budget/infrastructure in place to do that.
Any suggestions????

Auxerre, Napoli and Corinithians are all good shouts if you want a big-ish team

Burnley - Can you keep them in the prem?
Bristol Rovers - Big club in conference, can you get them back in the football league?
If you want a club with stadium, fan base, players, youth setup and infrastructure then maybe Derby County or Wolverhampton Wanderers
