Extract folders to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015
After that, click preferences in your game. Interface - Clear Cache. Then click Reload skin when confirming changes.
You have to use with SSKCC15 in order to play without any issues.

You know that Galatasaray uses two different sponsors. Huawei on Turkish Competions and they use Turkish Airlines on European ones. That's why I'm going to prepare both of them as alternated versions in next update If you really want. In my opinion non-sponsored kits are better. Against modern football !
