I save after every game, so most of the time, there is not a lot of data to save. I was getting so annoyed, I actually timed the last save. 13 minutes and 40 seconds. Is this normal!? It's a ridiculous time! Is there an error with mine? Or my laptop? Or is this what everyone gets? Not seen a topic on it.

In FM 14 I used to load 5 countries with 2~3 leagues and the game was very going well, the saving too.

Now in FM15, I put 3 countries and the game became half a star and incredible slow, had to restart with only 1 one league in one country, the saving lasts 5 to 10 minutes minimum.

My laptop is from 2007 and it only takes a minute or two to save or load a game.

Since the last update saving is now really slow for some reason.
Have a new Alienware PC so that is not the prob......si take note.....needs sorting!!

Mine takes around 5minutes to save and its dead annoying!

Not noticed it's any longer than the previous version, 20-30 seconds or so. Got an 8gb Windows 8.1 laptop running all divisions in Britain and Ireland if that makes a difference.

Yeah mine also takes ages to save, quite stupid, especially when I only had one loaded at the time.

I don't save frequently now. It is definitely slower than in FM14. But it doesn't take me as long as some of you guys. About 40 seconds to a minute give or take. Problem is, saving is important because I do suffer the occasional crash. It seems to be tougher on the hardware this year.

One thing I would say, I am saving to an SSD on my laptop, which invariably speeds the process up.

Mines slower than any other game before, it is a known problem but whether it'll be fixed is another thing.

If its the auto save it takes me about 3 minutes but for normal save it takes 6 minutes maybe

It's a known problem that SI are looking into.

Afraid can't be any more helpful than that, personally it's stopping me really getting into a career which sucks, but that tends to happen every year now. Christmas tends to be when I really get stuck in.

I think am running 14 playable leagues and 20 back ground leagues and it takes 2-3 minutes.and save before everygame,seems about the same speed as last years game

yeah, mine updated yesterday and it seems a lot quicker now, still slightly slower than previous versions but liveable.

Seems like they truely have fixed the speeds of saving as stated in the patch update
