His cutout from the UEFA pics (available in the Portugal mix pack 23 by Andr3) is better

Since two cuters was\are working on Celtic UEFA images,and no one did it,that mean he is not I guess.You can edit\remove it.

Okay I appreciate that. Is there anywhere to request a general cut out then if it's been decided by the cutters it's not an improvement? I'd love to be able to do it myself but terrible at it
