Adding CFA2 in France

Has anyone else tried to add lower leagues to France?

It says CFA has only 4 teams but there are four divisions so I cant edit that division and add the CFA2 or lower.

Has anyone released a french lower leagues anywhere?

I tried that version and fails on verification as teams in wrong divisions.
