Ok, so heres how this is going to play out.

I've loaded Austria, Belarus & Belgium in a career - with the effort of winning each league in each country in the world as I go along. I know this will take an eternity, but I'm up for a good career game.

Hell, I probably won't even get thru Europe, but here goes eh? No other rules other than no cheats etc.

I'll keep you lot posted.

So here I am, I find myself coach of Austrian First Division club FC Lustenau on 28th November 2012.

How it stands so far...

They're obviously a club that's not in DIRE trouble, but is well in line for a potential relegation playoff. My aim is to change that. I have three months in their mid-season break to do so, and I'll be setting up a plethora of friendlies against fellow First Division sides to see just how we match up.

Ideally, i'll bring my 4-2-3-1 mentality with me, but we'll see how that fairs in Austria.

Take a look at my story. I managed them for 4 odd years, and won the top division with them, before jumping ship.

So a smashing win in the end costs us our place in the 2013-2014 Austrian First Division. It's a shame really, we played some great football and I thought we were a real chance of staying up, sadly going down on goal difference. Could've been so different really.

The 6-0 loss really cost us, however it was the performance of the team before I got there that set us up for inevitable failure. Not enough squad depth cost us, despite signing some handy free transfers, the injuries got the better of us.

So off to unemployment i go again, heres the final table:

So nearly two years later and having declined around 50 job offers from Belgium, I was offered a job I couldn't refuse - Neman Grodno in the Belrussian Highest League - that is - the big leagues. How I made that jump I'd never know. After 12 out of 33 games, they sit 4 points behind safety, but still sit in a relegation playoff position. It'll be my job to make sure they stay up and in the future challenge for the title.
