Trouble saving screenshots

Hi community, can anyone help me..? I have just made a database for someone and after testing it works okay, I want to try and save some screenshots to show it off, but every time I try to save a screenshot using the "print screen button" then when I try to paste it to paint, it shows a picture of my current desktop screen, I have also tried atl+f9 but again this only saves selected screens to my screenshot folder within fm15..... Can anyone help me try and resolve this as its very frustrating...

Alt+F9 not working after the 15.2 update is a recognised bug, you'll have to wait for a hotfix for that one.

As for your issues with the print screen button, I am not an expert, but it sounds like it is some setting in your OS that is causing problems. Try Alt+Print Screen when you have FM up.
