Short-term goals:
- Clear the squad of old and expensive players, focus on youth.
- Beat Hearts and Rangers for promotion.

Medium-term goals:
- End Hibs horrendous run of 10 straight Scottish Cup final losses since their last win in 1902.
- Qualify for Europe.
- Become Scotland Manager.

Long-term goals:
- Become the first Scottish club to beat the Old Firm for the title since 1985.
- Match Celtic, Rangers and Aberdeen by winning a European cup final.
- Win the World Cup with Scotland.
