I would say they are not acceptable. They are actually very bad to be honest, but ultimately it's mon's decision to make, although I don't think it's any different. I'd recommend you reading the guide thread and doing some cuts there to get some help with cutting. Extra help is never a bad thing, but in my opinion some quality standards have to be maintained.

It wasn't snow but light and it produced that effect because it was raining on the picture (I think so, looking at what you have corrected) You made it look much better though!

Always check your cuts on a dark background. They all still have plenty of snow around their head and some has leftovers of the background left, which can be seen on a black background. You should always include at least a few pixels of collar in the cuts. If the neck is long you can move the collar so it's visible and there's a guide to do that in the guide thread.
