I'm completely new to submitting stories so please I do apologize for the format. Anyone who wish to do this challenge I have attached a document with all the achievements easy to cover. Also the database I have used for the challenge can be found at : http://www.passion4fm.com/football-manager-2015-world-league-megapack/

So to start it up I went to Sudan as my first country as it has only 2 achievements (the Sudanese Premier League & the Sudanese Cup). I chose Al-Hilal Omdurman.
Apart from Al-Hilal I picked up the Ivory Coast National Team to start achieving some ground in the international section of this challenge.

As soon as I arrived at the club I was handed an in depth team report. With this I started evaluating the clubs best players to register for the upcoming season.
I attended my first meeting with the clubs’ staff and board. I expressed my ambitions on the clubs achievements, future prospective challenges and team building agendas. I made it clear that I want to sign high profile players, Bring up youths from our own facilities and increasing our scouting knowledge to try and sign great players on loan from abroad. The board accepted my request for a senior affiliate and promised to give me some recommended clubs within a month.
Meeting the press was next. A lot of journalists gathered for my first press conference. Being still young and managing such a great club caused a great outbreak in the media. Not only that but hearing that I will also be managing the Ivorian National Team made some people discuss my abilities.
Back in my office I checked out our upcoming fixtures for this season. Three friendlies were on the way for our pre-season. Botafogo and Palmeiras from the Brazilian Serie A and Jazeerat Al-Feel from the Sudanese 1st Division. Our Premier League kick-off match sees us face our fierce rivals Al-Merreikh to which I’m really looking forward not to disappoint the fans and the board as it will be my debut match.
I was also questioned by the Ivorian Press regarding my position and once again I made it clear that I mean business and that I aim high to stroll for success.

After the match ended I figured out we needed some Defensive Midfielders and some Central Midfielders to do well with my tactics. So I gave a look to our scouting knowledge.
Increasing the clubs scouting knowledge is another personal goal I would like to achieve. Still I managed to make the following signings:
I like to invest in youngsters to ease the future. We also proposed a ground extension to get everything running
The OG KiKo

Al-Halil Omdurman vs. Botafogo FR
Although this was not an official match we still gave it our best, facing one of Brazil’s best teams from the Serie A. The match ended in a goalless draw but a lot of fouls were committed.
Al-Halil Omdurman vs. Palmeiras
During this match Al-Halil fans were shocked with a goal from Palmeiras at the start of the second half. It was late in the game that we found our winning goals in the 80 & 93 min.
Jazeraat Al-Feel vs. Al-Halil Omdurman
This was our last friendly against a team from a lower division in Sudan which is not playable. I expected more goals but we got only 3. It may be because the players were still adapting to my tactic.
Isaac Attard
The board also gave me some affiliate recomendations.
From which I chose FC Kobenhavn since they had the most available players that I could loan.
Premier League Odds made us and our fierce rivals favourites to win the title
The Board set the Season Competition expectations. My expectations are far more ambitious and will obviously try my best to achieve them
African Champions League registration was up and the draw for the first phase aswell
We were drawn against the club from Niger (AS Douanes)
Finally Season Tickets Sales review
From the Ivorian Side we had only one news. That of the world Rankings for January
Isaac Attard
The result was magnificent we beat our rivals Al-Merreikh 3-0 Away

Isaac Attard
We start off with a 3-1 victory in the Premier League and another record
In the Champions League we demolished the Algerian side and drew Al-Ahli from Libya in the next Round.
Ivory Coast still in 13th Position in March's World Rankings
3 more matches in the Premier League where we draw for the first time. Some new records and League Table after 8 matches.
Champions League Second Round First Leg won at Home 2-0
And my first Ivory Coast Duty. I can say excellent job against Botswana.

Isaac Attard
This month wasn't that great in the Premier League we drew twice.
This month also sees the start of the Sudan Cup which we dealt with the first 2 legs perfectly
And once again no changes to Ivory Coast in the World Ranking
Isaac Attard
Premier League Scores were amazing this month.
Once Again Ivory Coast sit in 13th Position in the World Rankings
This month sees a new signing :- Abdoul Mohamadou
We had our first 2 games of the group stages of the Champions League where we defeated the defending champions away and Dynamos Harare at home.
And in the Sudanese cup we did it aswell First Victory in the Quarterfinals
Isaac Attard
We finished off what we started in May and drew Kartoum in Semi-Final of the Sudan Cup
Another victory in the Champion League group stages against Raja Athletic from Morrocco and that gives us a 100% round so far
Only one game in the Premier League were we drew a late draw against our rivals Al-Merreikh at home.
Transfer Window Roundup
Isaac Attard
We started off this month with a new signing but he will be joining us later on this year as he missed the transfer window by few days.
2 More games in the Premier League were we still sit in first place
We had a goalless draw against Al-Ahly in Champion League at home. We Qualified for the semi-finals but we want secure 1st place in this group.
Ivory Coast dropped 11 places due to lack of matches to which we will have to fight back in the African Nations Cup Qualifiers.
Isaac Attard
As mentioned in July the draws for the African Cup of Nations Qualifiers grouped us against Niger, Rwanda and Benin.
August was a heavy month for Al-Hilal players as we had 4 Premier League matches
Final 2 matches of the Champions League Group Stage from which we lost one and got no money from it. Still we ended in 1st place and drew Kaizer Chiefs in the Semi-Final
We also had to legs to play in the Sudan Cup and got back to back victories. In the final we fill face our Rivals Al-Merreikh
Last but not least in the end of August I signed a 2 year extension with the club, as I need to see how these competitions will end and whether or not I should build up this team to win the Club World Cup with an African side.
