HELP with Villarreal

I never had a thing like this in all the years i'm playing FM. I started a season with Villarreal and things just not going. I tried alot of tactics and i never had such a failure with a team. I have not had a game with more than 55% pessesion and the highest of shots to goal in my games is 15, and when i got 15 shots also the oppnent get 15 or more, even against very weak teams like Ponferradina.
I have good players like Musacchio, Rossi and Cani and Villarreal is the strongest team in the Liga Adelante and i cant understand what is wrong.
Any tips ?
