-I have redownloaded the Portugal pack. There is no Boavista 3rd kit in it. Where are you getting the third kit?
-Mexico still showing default third for me - I have latest KKC. What could be the problem.
-I will post instructions for how to fix Cardiff.

remove SSKCC and download SSKCC v3.1 and start a game.
and ok for cardiff ..cheers

1) Open Football Manager Resource Archiver 2015
2) Use 'Extract Archive' function to extract graphics.fmf from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2015\data
3) Go into your extracted graphics folder and go this folder: C:\Users\your name\Documents\graphics\pictures\kits\2d\outfield\front\eng
4) Delete the three Cardiff kits
5) Open the config and delete the three Cardiff rows
6) Use 'Create Archive' function to create an updated graphics.fmf
7) Save your new graphics.fmf over the top of the original in here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2015\data
8) Start a new game and Cardiff all working

I have removed and re-downloaded KKC3.1. New game and Mexico still showing third default kit. Do you have a newer KKC?
Where do I get Portugal pack with Boavista third kit?

I've attempted to follow those instructions but somewhere, somehow I've managed to still go wrong lol. Now when i load up a new save the only SS kit i have showing is Cardiff City's 3rd kit (the white one) there's no 2d home & away kit or SS kit's
Can this be resolved?

CBN did you change the 3d Cardiff as well?
Lots of complains on SI forum that Cardiff home is red in 3d and that creates colour clashes will (eg Liverpool Arsenal Man United in red also

What does it fix
1) It corrects the kit clash in the 3d match engine
2) It removes the default home and away 3d kits on the club information screen so that custom kits show through
