need an assistant for porto going into 2nd season

hey guys was just wandering if anybody has any good assistants i could steal for porto going into second season cause my original guy is useless also if anybody can help could someone please let me know what are the attributes you look for when looking for an assistant.

Andy Crosby from Southampton, signed him on FM12 and he was my favourite assistant. Got him again now, him or Jair Ventura.
